Meet Palesa Matjekane, CEO Miss Polo Universa Africa
Palesa Matjekane is a distinguished South African changemaker, speaker, and humanitarian, currently serving as the CEO of Miss Polo Universe Africa and an international judge for Miss Polo Universe. She was crowned Mrs South Africa 2023 and is recognized for her unwavering commitment to digital inclusion and social justice.

Palesa's accolades include the International Humanitarian Award and her appointment as Goodwill Ambassador to Russia by the Minister of Arts and Culture.
Global Citizen Ambassador

Press Launch Miss Polo Universe Africa 2025
South Africa launches Miss Polo Universe Africa 2025, backed by the Royal Family of Dubai, creating a historic bridge between Africa and the Middle East. Under the banner “Crown Your Purpose”, women aged 18–40 are invited to enter or nominate between 18 August – 8 September 2025 for a chance to step onto the world stage. The top three crowned on 15 November will fly fully sponsored to Dubai for the 29 November world finale, gaining international exposure, mentorship, and access to powerful cultural and business networks.
